Please rest assured that if we have stopped communicating with you, it is due to our Internet connection that was disconnected due to some reasons. When this happens, it is impossible for us to contact you or meet you until the connection was resumed. To help you, there is an indicator on our website that will let you know if we are online or not. Simply contact us again when we are back online.

- I have been waiting in game for really a long time. How do I confirm my order?
If you have placed an order and have been waiting in game for more than 30 minutes, feel free to log into our live chat window and speak with one of our customer service representatives to confirm everything is alright with your order, quoting your Item Number (Order Number) and correct char name is helpful for delivery to which we should whisper for confirming.

- How long does delivery take?
We will whisper to you in game in about 15 minutes after we verify your payment and your character's name.
Tip: If you can not get Gold right after you set the order, please schedule any time you want to finish the trade and contact us with e-mail or by live chat. Any time is available for us if that's for your convenience. We will be online in 15-20 minutes after receiving your informing letter.

- How is delivery accomplished?
After you complete the order process and have sent payment, the order appears in our delivery queue in the order in which it was received. Our delivery team will then log into the appropriate game and contact the character specified on the order form. If our delivery team is unable to make contact, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided. You may reply to this e-mail or log onto our live chat to verify the status of your delivery.

- Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
You should have already received a confirmation email for your order, please refer to the order number in the order confirmation email if you have any questions or need an order status update. To help us serve you better, be sure to include your order number in all your emails and inquires.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your account.

Please send us an email from your Paypal email address or contact our live chat representatives that you have placed the order from and include your Order number and the correct server or character name. We will make delivery according to the new instructions given.

- Live Help is not responding. What's wrong?
The speed of the live chat connection also depends on the type of Internet connection used, the Internet Service Provider (ISP), and the time when you are accessing the website. If you are using a 56K modem dial-up, you tend to experience slower speed. Some ISPs also tend to be slower during peak period when the Internet traffic is congested. Please kindly try again or email us if you are having difficulties in messaging us.

The Paypal verification system is quite simple and easy. Once you have created your Paypal account, you have the option to acquire verified status by completing a process through your bank. After logging into your Paypal account, click the option that says verify my account, and Paypal will give instructions on what to do next. Paypal will make two small deposits into the bank account attached to your Paypal account and they will request that you verify exactly the amounts that they have deposited. After checking your bank records, simply enter the deposit amounts into the Paypal query page and your account will then attain verified status.
